El regreso de Kenyel Michel se demora y en Alajuelense explican qué pasó: "No le vamos a dedicar tanto tiempo"

Liga Deportiva Alajuelense tiene todo listo para sumar a un nuevo refuerzo, pero el anuncio oficial aún tendrá que esperar un poco más. Aunque ya se daba por hecho el regreso de Kenyel Michel al fútbol costarricense, el acuerdo final entre los clubes sigue en revisión.

El joven futbolista llegaría al equipo manudo a préstamo por seis meses desde el Minnesota United de la MLS. Sin embargo, todavía quedan detalles administrativos por resolver para cerrar la negociación de forma definitiva.

Carlos Vela habló del caso de Kenyel Michel

El gerente deportivo de Alajuelense, Carlos Vela, habló sobre el tema en una entrevista con Columbia Deportiva y confirmó que el interés es real, aunque pidió paciencia a la afición:

"Mira, es una posibilidad. Una realidad, pero bueno, no quiero profundizar de más habrá que estarle dando F5, pero no le vamos a dedicar tanto tiempo porque por todas las partes está y veremos si en estos días se puede concretar", comenzó diciendo.

Vela también confesó su sorpresa por la falta de minutos que tuvo Kenyel Michel en Estados Unidos durante los últimos meses, destacando su calidad y disciplina:

"Kenyel es un gran talento, un chico muy serio, desconozco porque no jugaba, hay que estar en el día a día para entender ciertas situaciones, pero si te puedo validar que es un talento exportable, con una ética de trabajo muy buena, si me sorprendió la inactividad que tuvo. Ojalá que donde esté, ojalá sea con nosotros, para que tenga los mejores meses por venir".

La llegada del jugador depende de que Alajuelense y Minnesota United terminen de ponerse de acuerdo en los últimos puntos del contrato. Si todo sale según lo planeado, la firma definitiva y la presentación oficial podrían darse en los próximos días.
